You Are Only Worth What You’ve Invested Into Yourself
In Business, you are only worth what you’ve invested into yourself. The truth is, most people don’t care about you until you give them a reason to care.
We all want to feel important, indeed to be important to the people we meet; we want others to care about us, and many of us have a desire for fame. But what exactly are you bringing to the table? Do you deserve fame and prominence? Do you have something to offer the world and those you encounter? Learn to add value to every situation that you are a part of, and then you will gain the much desired prominence you crave.
What you invest into yourself, the knowledge you gain, and then bring to others, is what makes you valuable to them. Your ability to solve other’s problems, or to help others get closer to achieving their goals is what makes you important to the people you meet.
So if you want to be important, go invest in yourself. Build your knowledge and expertise in an area you are passionate about, and then put that knowledge to use serving others.
Want to learn to get rich? Learn to be of value to everyone you meet.
